recover RD bits stream

Hello,

I'm trying to recover the RDS bits stream of a live FM station. Yet, I'm stuck setting the right parameter for matched filter and get the eye diagramm work.

my VI is attached to this post.

Could anyone give me some guidance how to do this? and at the end check the correctness of my application?
