Add option to "VI Documentation" to skip .ctl's

For the "VI Documentation" test, it would be great to have an option to skip controls (.ctl). We never add VI Documentation to typedefs or other controls.

Is there a test out there maybe that already does this?

Yes. I often run into this. I often just add something as a VIAN Pacifier, but it doesn't really add any value. And adding a #vian ignore tag to every control is equally as pointless.
