I'm having a problem with three student laptops this semester using our VirtualBenches (VB-8012). When they plug their laptops into the VirtualBenches via USB, the software populates on the file explorer but when the software is opened, a message pops up stating no machine can be found. I can not reproduce this issue on my school issued laptop (school Windows 11 image), my personal laptop (Windows 11), an older workstation (Windows 10) or other students laptops (Windows 10 / Windows 11) that aren't the three already mentioned. One is running an older HP and the other two are running brand new Alienware G15s. I have other students running the same G15s and they have no problem using the VirtualBenches. These three laptops will not connect to any of the VirtualBenches we own. At this point I feel like it is some setting inside the actual laptop and not the VirtualBenches themselves but I'm at a lost as to what to check.
