The VirtualBench library isnt in the directory location. Do I need to re-install VirtualBench driver?

Oh, so there are no files in vi.lib\VirtualBench?  If so, then yes you need to re-install.  Did this ever work in LabVIEW?  Maybe you didn't select the LabVIEW API feature in the installer?
