virtualbench is not getting detected on the application.

Hi, when i connect the virtualbench with the usb cable to my laptop it is not getting detected. i have reset the bench and still there is no change. how can i connect to it wirelessly. when powered up i can see an open wifi network with the virtualbench name VB8012-307EC97 can connect to this but still it is not showing up in the device.list.
does NI device monitor detects virtualbench?. previously i had to start the virtualbench application manually and then select the device

i tried with a different PC the virtualbench is getting detected over wifi but not able to connect to it. can anyone please help me with this.

also is there a way to export the captured data other CSV. file like LOGICDATA file.
