Hi,
I have installed a volume license in NI VLM 3 but the product licence details are not showing (No Data). Is this normal? The current status page all seem to be OK (Expirations, etc).

Hi SJ,
I'm not sure exactly which screen you are referring to, but usually the VLM will not show any details until a PC checks out a license - then this will show up on the status page. Are you able to check out licenses? http://www.ni.com/vlp/ has some very useful resources on VLM, including how to properly set it up with video tutorials. You should be able to compare all of your screens to those in the tutorials.

Hi,
It was discovered that the original licence file was for an earlier version of VLM. NI have since sent me a replacement file which works fine. Must say that the support departments at NI have been fantastic...excellent work!
