Have you check into any of our WSN resources we have available online? I'm not sure where you are starting with this project or if you already have the hardware, but these links are extremely helpful when trying to configure a WSN network. Could you give us a bit more insight into the plan? What exactly does a "new localization protocol" translate to for those of us who haven't tested this kind of thing before?
