想用BJT组成推挽电路,用于驱动IGBT ,现搭建仿真如下:
现在设置信号发生器频率20Hz 电路工作正常,波形如图。
但是当设置信号发生器频率到高频,20kHz时候,推挽电路持续输出高电平,导致IGBT常闭,电路一直导通。

现在做了很多尝试,用MOSFET 搭建推挽电路,更换若干对BJT 分别测量BJT 响应曲线,均没有的到合适的解决办法。
故现在求助各位大神,帮帮忙。

将IGBT的驱动改成±12或15V试试
