I'm very sorry for the brief post but I was actually still trying to make it work.
I managed to make Windows accept the driver by forcing the install, the device was successfully installed but the VI is a hole different story.
I run the VI with everything working properly but the arm does not move. There are no error displayed, except a "-1" as "Status" which probably means there is a communication problem.
I've tried using LV 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, Windows 7,8,8.1 and 10 (both x32 and x64). There are no error codes on any VI so I probably think the arm I own is a different model (although it looks identical) to the one you're using.
Thanks a lot for the response but after reading and trying programming many stuff I decided to build a new controller using Arduino.
