Communication between myRIO 1900 and WSN 3230

Hi all,

I am working on project about communication between myRIO 1900 and WSN-3230. I want to transmit string message to WSN-3230 through RS232(https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-39303). Then the message will send to PC by zigbee. The problem is that WSN does not support VISA so i need to use the serial library WSN module. But when i send data to WSN, sometime it may lost data or delay. how can i create a reliable connection between two devices?
