Connecting RS485 or RS232 to myRIO

Hi, I need to connect a residual chlorine sensor to myRIO and the sensors i can find has rs485/rs232 output pins. So before buying online, i need to know if it possible to connect a sensor with RS485 or RS232 output pin in myRIO.

Hi
As far as I know, not directly.
However for this you also need to buy a rs-232 to ttl convertor and then you can do it.
I think this will be usefull for you:

In my current project, I connected several RS232 and RS485 sensors with myRIO via RS232/RS485-to-USB converters. I communicated with them using Modbus protocol. You can use them as normal VISA resources.

You connected all of them to USB Hub and then single USB to myRIO?
Can you please share a LabVIEW VI please?
Also, do let me know if anyone one of it had a clock signal.

Thank you
