LabVIEW problems

Hello guys, I'm here because I'm having some problems when trying to connect my rio with labview.
The first is when I try to connect MyRIO, LabVIEW just freeze and not responding.

So, i try to use de Getting Started with Ni myRIO, and the following error happen.

I'm using the LabVIEW 2019 and the myRIO Toolkit too.

Someone can help me on that?

I'm sorry no-one responded to your Post.  I don't monitor this Board so often, so I didn't see this until today.  I assume you got some help ...
