Hi all,

Please find the finalized UGM agenda below.

As usual, we are expecting high attendance rate at the UGM - Currently 25 registrations

Obviously we are following the current COVID19 situation and have taken some precautions to mitigate the concerns that might arise:

  • A large room is booked for the event with seating arrangement can accommodate up to 45 people
  • Hand sanitizers available throughout the event
  • Lunch served as sandwiches

Otherwise we are expecting common sense is applied and following the guidelines from the Danish Authorities:

Hi all,

As mentioned we are following the COVID19 situation closely.

The UGM is still planned to happen on 17th March, however due to the current development in Spain, we do have an option to change "Industry Best Practices for in-& offline production testing" presentation by 6TL to web based.

Please reach out directly at dmo@cim.as +45 2621 0618, if your have any comments.

Hey all!

As Dennis says, the situation is a pitty because I'd like to be in person, but if you are more confident with that, the web based option is fine.

However, let me say that I have not been close to infected area but.. never knows..

See you!

Best Regards

Ramon
