Hello,
I have to control only a few things on CANalyzer. Everything else is set up and controlled manually.
I just need to Start, Stop and set BLF filenames from LabVIEW. I am using LabVIEW 2021 (32-bit).
If you have done something like this, would you kindly point me to the right direction with some tips or lessons learned before I wander around.
Thank you!

CANalyzer supports ActiveX control which allows users to configure and set up a simulation and configuration environment using COM. Documentation is in the CANalyzer help.

The solution we go with here isn't one I would suggest for you, but I wanted to share it for completeness. We took Vector software out of the equation for our test applications. CANalyzer, CANoe, and vFlash are all still used to various degrees in development. But for deployment situations we will code alternatives that either use XNet hardware, or use the Vector hardware using the XL drivers. Then logging is controlled within LabVIEW making the BLF files as needed.
