CSV to physiobank conversion

Dear all

I have the following problem using Biomedical workbench specially file conversion

We have an ecg-maschine which has an csv output, our external software needs physiobank file to import

Unfortunately the conversion with the biomedical workbench into physiobank “changes” the ecg, this is not happening if I am using TDMS or EDF but I need physiobank

This is the original csv opened in the biomedical workbench viewer (test-csv.jpg)

After conversion to physiobank: there are spikes (test-physiobank.jpg)

After TDMS (test-tdms.jpg): like the original csv

Does somebody has an idea what is the problem

Wow, almost a year and no response, I also had non-resolved issues with Biomedical Toolkit file conversion.

I have the same problem as you with the ECG conversion. Do you have foud a resolution or another way to do it
