Why does your customer need a "Hello World" program, and how much did you charge them? LabVIEW probably wasn't the right choice for that job, but, when the only tool you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

I was going to program a copy of a popular video game the same way. I expected that I coul simply type the behavior I want the game to exhibit and it would work.

There is no COMPANY named "LabVIEW". LabVIEW is a product of National Instruments, a company.
At least you capitalized LabVIEW CORRECTLY.
I don't, HOWEVER, understand your other capitalization rules.
