Issue with generating the Value Change event when using the DAQmx Terminal control, when the value is changed using the browse option.

TDMS List Contents will return no error, when a group name is provided, to find the channels under it, on a 0KB file.  But an error will be generated on a normal TDMS file, if that group doesn't exist.

A possible related issue is with DataFinder deleting 0KB files.  No CAR at the moment.
