I often finish my morning tea after breakfast at my desk, reading randomly some posts in the forum (I know, I know, I do not have a life 😄 ).
Reading this post below, I wondered, what is this word???
Ok, I looked it up: niubility
I hope it meant to carry the 3rd meaning in the reply! 😄

Looking back at this thread, it looks like I never shared the update about the new arrival. Since I have a Sea Story to share I will cut-n-paste what I posted on another web-site for your technical entertainment.
Another Sea Story!
When I worked for Diebold back in the early 80’s, I had the opportunity work with one of the world’s finest safe crackers. He used to attend conferences etc. and really knew his stuff. Now a bank had lost two employees that knew the combination to a cash machine and nobody else. My coworker found an identical cash machine and carefully measured where the bolts were located and examine the mechanism that activated the bolts. He then proceeded to mark the bolt locations, drilled and tapped the holes and inserted large hex-head bolts into the threaded holes. Then gradually taking one turn at a time on each hex-head pushing the bolts back. The weak link was an aluminum arm that bent back as he tightened the hex-heads. Once the bolts had been pushed back, he backed out his hex-heads and the door opened. Now to complete the job, he replaced the aluminum arm, inserted hardened bolts into the tapped holes and then welded them in place from the inside. Cut them off flush and after some grinding and touch-up paint the chest was more secure than it was when first built! I am taking the time to tell the story now because his skill warrants being recorded. His name was Tommy McMaster just for the record.
It took the supplier three attempts (first to spy out the approach, second called off due to snow and the third requiring a small army of brutes to build ramps and bridges to get from the truck to the basement).
Last night, after settling on the arrangement for the long arms, I installed the dehumidifier that came with the safe. Tucked it away in the back corner of the bottom shelf where it out of sight and doing its job.
The Princess decided an autographed artifact I have ( a copy of LabVIEW 2010 autographed by Jeff K. himself still in the original shrink-wrap) should be one of the first things to go into the safe. The safe comes with a "Cool Pocket" to protect documents incase of a fire. Since we though the LV CD was cool we decided it should be the first thing to go there. The day previous the G-Daughters had selected two Teddy Bears.

I have learnt something new today! It is possible to do CLD and CLA exams online!

What do you think about taking a CLA online? I guess aside from the usage of the remote desktop, it would be pretty the same as the classroom exam, as I imagine...

After the negotiations, the seller offered to sell at the number we were hoping to get PLUS he threw in a lawn tractor to sweeten the deal. So it is like we are getting a free lawn tractor in the end.
We will be replacing the roof first thing but should soon be able to rent it out.
Love it when things go right!

My wife and the rest of the family have been busy. This video offers a glimpse of the activity at the first LLC.
After an afternoon of digging a drainage channel from one part of the excavated crawls space to the other part where the sum pump is located we had what looks like an escape tunnel.
All of the dirt was loaded into 5-gallon buckets and then the bucket brigade transferred them out of the hole and loaded into a DR Powerwagon. We were ready for a break after that. And just to make sure we are optimizing all of our options, I signed the paper-work for the second LLC on Saturday as well.
As is the norm in my family, the questions "Are you having fun?" and "Are you covered in dirt?" have the same answer.

The channel we dug last week has done its job and progress has been made digging out the basement.
This video shows the progress at the start of the work on Saturday.
By the time we were done working on Saturday, we had two jacks in place under the main beam of the building. The rotten railroad tie that had been a support beam was pulled out... at least what was left of it. Normally a railroad tie is something that I can not lift with ease but this one weighed about as much as a cardboard box. We also restacked a bile of brick for added support while the digging progresses. We beat by the time the day was done.
As described by both my son and brother "we are getting there!"

The LLC was approved earlier this week and the mortgage was approved late yesterday. The decks are clear for the closing next Friday. This should complete the game of Monopoly the better-half has been playing. I will be sure to get a video of the place after we close to share and prove that this place in not nearly the challenge the first LLC has been.
Re: the first LLC
My brother reported that we have completed the first half of the crawl space. We will be digging French drains and putting in a ramp that the power wagon can handle to east the work of the rest of the digging. So there is an end that can be seen after all.

Re: The crawl space...
This video documents it is now possible to crawl from the excavation under one of the front rooms through to the backside and out into the back yard.
It would be nice if I took the videos at the end of the days work but I am generally beat and just want to run home and relax after a day of trying to keep up with my baby brother. For now you will have to live with being a week behind in the progress report.

Party is always fun with fellow Hungarian folks, but you need to be careful: permanent offer of shots 😉
I think this track is from the 1995, and we started high school early anyway, at 1992 (finished in 1998).
