Thank you for your question. When a scan from string error 1 dialog is thrown that originates in the console, the problem comes from the console not finding any information for the console to process. This can happen when the console is set to a mode of "None". This does not affect the function of the console in any way. You can safely hit continue to allow your application to run.
To prevent the appearance of this type of error dialog, set the console mode to Selected or All in the Configuration Manager. To get the same functionality as the None mode, select the mode to Selected and make sure the Console input of the instrument control is wired as False. This issue will be addressed in a future release.
