Injecting a command into the Console results in a console error "Unable to inject into a closed connection."

If the Console returns and error saying that it is "Unable to inject into a closed connection." check that an Open command has been called from the API.  Version 1 of the Driver Framework Core requires the Open function be called after the Initialize and Load functions in order for the  Console to recognize the instrument resource as open for injection.
