Hi,
Looks like I should be around tomorrow now. Don't know how your doing for times but I could do an ad hoc demo of a LabVIEW plugin I've been working on for jenkins and would be interested to get some feedback.

Hi Steve,
Four of us from Cobalt are planning to attend. A colleague did contact Angie Cribb, but has had not reply.
Who do we need to contact?
Regards
John

If we have a gap left by Dr Powell perhaps I could throw a round table discussion point out there ? (esp if Mac's going to be there)
"Why is Actor Framework so hard to learn / teach others ? Does this mean it's bad ?"
This is something I have been toying with for many months and I'm guessing there will be 3 or 4 people in the room who've had a play with it, Most probably dislike it. I like it but feel there's a mental hurdle to be jumped.
I learnt it from doing the hands-on with Mercer and Allen Smith at NI week 2012 however I've had real issues trying to teach others, there's just such a cogntive jump between using another OO pattern such as Command Pattern and making the jump to AF........BUT WHY and what can I do about it ??????

It's all about affordance matey, it's a really interesting area, think we may need to put a parental guidance sticker on it tho'.
There should be time as I think my bit won't take long.
Regarding registration ring Angie or the other fine people in the events team on 01635 572498
