Hey Guys,
Found this blog post which is a great starting point if you want some tips for talking at CSLUG/Summits/Whatevers. Its a nice collection of ideas and some of the links are great. I particularly like 7 habits of ineffective speakers, we've all seen these (and done them)!

It's a nice resource James but he's missed out Pie in the Sky where you get people in a room and kick about some half thought out concepts and ideas. This is certainly the type of presentation/talk that engages me most.
The article is very applicable too
