Need Recomendation for project

I need 7 Counters, 7 Timers, 16 Digital Inputs, and 2 Digital Outputs. 

The count rate will not exceed 1,000 per hour. 

Counts may exceed 10,000 before resetting. 

Will need software to display counts and rate per hour, then record final numbers at end of shift.

Can someone help me?

Hi Patrick,

What kind of form factor are you looking for? There are some PCI and PCIe cards such as the 6612 and 6602 that would be able to do what you want. 

As for the software you could use to record your data, you can use LabVIEW.

My hardware options are open.  I could use PCI, PCIe or USB.
