PCI-6601 not recognized at all

I just changed to a new machine.  I'm running a PCI-6601 and a PCI-6035E.  I switched the cards and my hard drive to a new box just to upgrade some hardware.  Everything went fine but then when I ran the NI MAX program I noticed that the 6601 was not listed in the devices list, even after refresh.  On farther examination the computer did not even show the device in the device manager.  I then swapped the cards PCI slots to insure it was not a computer problem and the same result, the 6601 did not show up.  I then swapped everything back to the old machine that was working, and had the same result, 6601 did not show!  What could be the problem?  I need help, as I desperately need this system up and running in the next week.  Thanks for your time.

Hi Sam77,

It sounds as if your cards has been damaged and requires a repair.  Most likely, it got damaged in the process of swapping cards.  To send a board in for repair, check out the following KnowledgeBase:  Sending a National Instruments Board in for Repair

Post back to this forum if you have any other questions concerning this issue.
