Synchronization issue in 6071e timer

Hi, 

I am generating two pulse train using PXI 6071e timer. My requirement is one should have 10us (micro seconds)  initial delay and other with no delay. When I configure and generated the pulses using two timers ctrl0 and ctrl1, I found something strange !. Initial Delay in one pulse train was 28us.

when I set initial delay in both pulse train to 0us then also one output was giving 18us delay, and it was changing time to time, means If i stop and run again it will change to 17 or 15 us. am I doing something wrong Please have a look at VI.

 

Can you suggest me some solution , I have attached the VI (labview 8.6 and DAQ 8.7).

Well folks , problem solved .. 

One of NI's representative came for presentation, and solved the problem.

all I have to do is trigger the channels using external or internal trigger.
