Hi,
I'm trying to configure a 6602 card to count ticks from the timebase, and then deposit a reading to an array when triggered by an external input.
To do this, I've set up counter 1 to be a re-triggerable pulse generator; the pulse from this counter will act as the trigger to take a reading from the main counter.
The problem I'm having is that the counter won't arm, it gives 'error 10003'. I have compressed the problem to a smaller VI, attatched. Any help at all would be much appreciated.
Note - I am using LabView version 6.0
Thanks,
Dan

Hi Dan,
What version of the NI-DAQ driver are you using? Have you tries updating to the latest version of the driver? The latest version of the driver that is compatible with LabVIEW 6 is NI-DAQ 7.1 as is shown in this link.

Hi,
I tried to upgrade the drivers, but the version of windows is too old (needs service pack 6 or later).
I'm not in a position to modify the PC very much, if possible I need to avoid changing it at all.
Is it possible that the drivers aren't the issue, that theres something wrong with my code?
Thanks again,
Dan
