DAQExpress problem connecting the servers

Hello,

I have a problem running DAQExpress. 

The error message is 'There is currently a problem connecting to our servers. Please close and try again later.'.

Is there anyone who has solved this problem and know how to do?

There was a post with the same problem before, but I couldn't get any solution from the previous post.
