How to synchronize DMD and NI6001DAQ express

I am new to this field  and i try to synchronize DMD( DIGITAL MICRO MIRROR DEVICE ) and DAQ EXPRESS . can anyone help me in this ? i use DLP 6500&9000 (DMD), PDA36A2(photodetector ) and USB6001 DAQ EXPRESS .

I project pattern using DMD  and detector (PDA36A2)  detect and send to   USB6001 DAQ EXPRESS  . DAQ gives me measurements greater than the number of patterns . i  cannot synchronize these two devices also i cannot defferentiate which measurements corresponds to which pattern .

Could you send a screenshot of your LabVIEW block diagram to have a better idea of how your system is set up?

I am not familiar with labview and  so  far i used DAQ to degitize the input that received from single pixel detector(PDA36A2) . Can you guide me to use this devices .?

You can refer to our DAQmx examples to have a better idea of how to interface with devices in LabVIEW. In LabVIEW, go to Help/Find Examples... . In the Browse tab, the Hardware Input and Output/DAQmx folder contains examples on how to manage digital input.
