Hi,
I am quite new to DAQExpress but I have some previous experience with LabView. I do not currently hold a LabView Licence, but DAQExpress should however do the job in this case.
My goal is to set up a VI for measuring position and torque simultaneous. For this I have a torque transducer producing +/- 10 VDC, measured with an Analog Input, and an incremental quadrature encoder for measuring a linear position.
I have configured and tested the two tasks and they work when I run them individually. In a tutorial found here: https://youtu.be/KWTImbsQhH4?t=387 one can see how the tasks are dragged into the .gvi at around 6:25. When I do the same I get this problem however: "This node is note supported in DAQExpress" from the DAQmxRead block. This only happens for my position task.
As mentioned, I have successfully tested the encoder task (called PositionInputTask.task), see attached picture. I have also tried setting upp the "DAQmxRead" block manually. In this case I do not get any errors, but I do not get any data out of it either.
My setup is the following:
Instrument: USB-6210
DAQExpress 5.1 Build 8.1.0.50414
Windows 10 Pro N version 20H2

Have you tried to start the task explicitly?
