DASYLab not reading sensors

I am seeing the below errors in DASYLab it is not seeing my sensors and telling me to run InstaCal to get them added. Whenever I run InstaCal my sensors are in there but still not showing in DASYLab. Is there anything I can do about this?

You're running a really old version of DASYLab.

Have you updated the InstaCal software? If so, it may be incompatible with DASYLab V13.

Nothing has been updated. It is a very old version one of those if its still working dont replace things.

They did recently replace the firewall and it makes me believe something has changed there but not sure.

Which version of InstaCal is installed on that system with DASYLab v13.0.0.?

I don't know if the change to your firewall created this disturbance, but let's try the following steps.

With DASYLab closed, open InstaCal. For each device listed in InstaCal (four WEB-TC and one WEB-TEMP according to your screen capture), double-click on them and verify each configuration. Afterward, click on TEST in the top menu to verify temperature measurements. If all goes well, then close InstaCal and launch DASYLab. Open your worksheet. When the Worksheet Status window appears and if the Current Device List column is empty, click the OK button to close the window. Save your worksheet with a different filename.

The next steps involve deleting all five MCC ‘Dev#-Ai0’ modules along with their connections on the worksheet. One module at a time, keep track of which module is connected to Oven 1, Oven 2, Oven 3, Oven 4, and WT-freezer, as well as their wiring connections. Place new MCC ‘Dev#-Ai0’ modules on the worksheet and rewire each one as they were previously. Afterward, save the worksheet and run it.

Does this suggestion resolve your issue?
