I have Labview and Diadem on a laptop I call the Datalogger (DL), connected to machine to monitor. When I installed Diadem on the DL, Load tdms file, Views worked fine, until go to change pen setting in view, lockup, DIAView.dll access violation. IT fixed it with Antivirus modification. Now I have just installed Diadem on my corporate laptop, and now from 1000 miles away I can RDP to the DL and run the Labview program, and network drive to the saved data files, and copy to my corp laptop, to view on my Corp Diadem. But getting the same DIAView.dll access violations problems on this new install. IT says the Antivirus is not the problem. I had copied the x.TDV files from the DL. Seems a new creation of a new .TDV doesnt have the problem. I have to recreate all my TDV files then, what a pain. Perhaps this is what I did to fix the problem with Diadem View on the DL laptop, because I probably copied the TDV files from the retired previous DL until I made new ones to fix it, can remember, its a bit vague. And so maybe it wasnt the AV afterall. Why would copy and paste the TDV files be the problem though?

Oh no, my new *.TDV has just bugged out the same way.
