GfSExcel.Dll nicht vorhanden in Diadem 2015

Servus miteinander,

ich habe heute Diadem 2015 installiert und wollte wie gewohnt (zuletzt genutzte Version Diadem 2012) die GfSExcel.DLL in den GPI-Erweiterungen "aktivieren" um .dat Dateien in Excel Files zu konvertieren. Leider finde ich zwar jede Menge anderer Dlls aber nicht mehr die Excel Dll. Wo bekomme ich denn die für Excel benötigte Dll her?

Hi MaKo,

The GfSExcel.DLL is a 32bit dll.  It still ships with DIAdem 2015 32bit, but no longer with DIAdem 2015 64bit and any other future 64bit versions of DIAdem.

Thank you for this information. Now i have this Diadem 2015 64bit - how can I convert .DAT -files to excel sheets (.xlsx)?

Excel 2003 (.xls) is not enough, because the numbers of lines are not enough. I would need the new Excel 2013-file type.

Hi MaKo,

If the *.xls file format is not sufficient, then you need a new approach anyway.  The old Excel Export Wizard that no longer ships with DIAdem 2015 64bit only created *.xls files.  The simplest answer to your question is to load your *.DAT file into DIAdem, then export it to a new *.TDM or *.TDMS file.  Then you can right-click on that new *.TDM or *.TDMS file and select the context menu "Open with >> Excel Importer" in order to open that file in Excel.  You can also execute these actions programmatically in a VBScript if you need to.
