Hi all,
I have my main laptop with my Diadem licence on it and use another one from time to time with one of my 'seats' on it.
When our IT dept required the secondary laptop back for an upgrade I made sure the seat was logged out after finding I couldn't deactivate the licence it as I would on my main laptop.
I now can't reactivate my 'seat' on the laptop after its upgrades.
What am I missing here? Surely it's something simple.
