As of February 17, 2025, NI now offers both subscription and perpetual licenses for all test software and suites. Subscription options for software continue to be available.
If you purchased a perpetual license before 2022, you will receive an email with details on renewing service for your license. If you do not receive this, please reach out to services@ni.com. You will either need your perpetual serial number or other information related to its purchase. You will not be required to purchase a new perpetual license, and there will be no late fees. This offer is good through the end of June 2025. New perpetual licenses can be purchased online on ni.com or through distributor partners.

It has helped us better understand your needs and influenced the actions we are now taking.
