my DataFinder is not working

Hello everybody,

 

I am facing issues while trying to use the My DataFinder. The program seems to be running and indexing, but I cannot set any configuration (neither in DIAdem nor with right click on icon).

While doing a right click and hitting configuration on the icon, I get the following error message (after appr. 30s):

Resetting the index or deleting the index file is not helping.

Any ideas?

Did you check that all NI services (especially NI PSP service locator) are running?

Hello,

 

thank you for the reply.

The NI PSP service locator seems to be running fine.

 

The problem only seems to occur with the installation of multiple DIAdem versions.

I have currently installed 2015 SP1, 2018 SP1, 2020 SP1, 2022 Q4 and 2024 Q4.
