No VIs on palette

Hello Antoine,

We spoke via email, but I wanted to close the loop on the forum.  The problem is that the "Third Party Licensing & Activation Toolkit Run Time" which is found in VIPM intentionally does not have palettes, examples, documentation, etc.  The full Third Party Licensing & Activation Toolkit is required for development and can be found here.

Indeed that was the issue after installing it, I got the palette. What confused me is that the VIs were in my vi.lib.
