I thought that Vdd, Supply Voltage has issue by restricted under 3.6V.

You mean that it will be okay when I use active drive mode, right?

As per your RF Switch datasheet it can handle up to 5.5V signals on the control pins. Any way, you can still play safe by using Active Drive mode and thereby be within 3.6V on 6501.
