PMD-1608FS generate TTL pulse

I'm new to Labview and was wondering how I can output a TTL pulse made on Labview onto a PMD-1608FS. I'm not sure if it can controlled by the hardware of it needs to be software controlled. Also I'm a bit confused about how you link to ports over labview. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure why you posted here since this board is for NI products. Yours is from Measurement Computing and you will have to get the LabVIEW driver from them and their manual should explain how it works.
