651x is Digital I/O device and accuracy is defined in terms of voltage thresholds for inputs and range of voltages for outputs. Accuracy for each of these threshold is not critical as these are not meant to be precision devices, if that concerns you, you need to reconsider the device.

I think I'm not following you with your request. But there isn't any accuracy here since the modules will read/write just a "High" or "Low", are you asking for the range or thresholds of those levels maybe?
