DeltaOHM_HD2110L Sound Level Meter

Hi,

I'm currently using the Sound Level Meter from Delta Ohm, I'm able to download the recorded file from the meter through the Noise Studio software, but when I try to access the file is says "Data not available". Can anyone tell me what I'm missing or what to be done.
