We have tried to flash our RIO five times and attempted to troubleshoot by switching which etcher we used and using a totally new SD card. The RIO will be successfully flashed, but next time we power the bot it needs to be flashed again. We always set the team number in the RIO imager and cannot find a way to keep the RIO working. At this point, we feel that a replacement would be ideal, since we've already tried the suggested troubleshooting and it has failed.

I read "The RIO will be successfully flashed, but next time we power the bot it needs to be flashed again.". Can you help me with more details on what the behavior of the device is that prompts you to have to reimage it? Is it a software behavior, or you see a specific lights pattern in the LEDs in the device?
