Unable to Download Firmware to Target

I have tried repeatedly and unsuccessfully to update the firmware on my RoboRio. It currently has 3.0.0 on it. (It was a replacement for one that went bad.) Every time, it will start to work, and then around halfway through the process it will encounter this error.

Here is what I've tried so far:

• Upgrading to both 6.0.0 and 8.0.0
• Enabling safe mode on the RoboRio.
• Updating the Image Tool
• Switching Computers
• Downloading New Driver
• Redownloading FRC Game Tools

Original RoboRio. I actually have 2 of them that are doing this. They were sent as replacements.
