Hi, I am a mentor for FRC team 60. We are currently having issues with two of our roboRIO's (1.0 version).
The first roboRIO failed a firmware update and is now giving us an unrecoverable error. The roboRIO will not boot into safe mode, and is unrecognizable to all computers we have tried to connect to it with. We've tried all the troubleshooting steps we could find, and I read online somewhere that we would need to reformat the roboRIO with a USB drive from NI. I'm not sure what steps to take next, and any help is appreciated.
On the second roboRIO, somehow a password was set on the admin account several years ago and no one knows what the password was set to. Is there some way for us to reset this? Without the password we are unable to update to the current firmware version.
