Como realizar en el Front panel

Buenas estoy buscando alguien quien me ayude de como realizar esa pequeña tabla de seleccion donde salePID, SMC, Algebra Lienal, PID No lineal. Eh estado buscando tutoriales pero no logro encontrar la forma de como le hicieron.

Good I am looking for someone who can help me how to make that small selection table where it leavesPID, SMC, Algebra Lienal, Non-linear PID. I've been looking for tutorials but I can't find a way to do it.

This is a tab control with 4 tabs.

That "manual"/"automatico" behind it is also a tab control, with just two tabs.
