MQTT module development

I am just getting started learning how to create my own module, but I plan to create a DCAF module for MQTT.  Is there any additional interest in using this protocol?  If there is interest, has anyone already gotten started with building a MQTT module that would like to collaborate?  I'll post back here as I start making progress.

We have the development of an MQTT module planned as part of one of our projects.  Would be happy to contribute!
