TDMS file created in the Hands-On gets deleted, huh?

This seems pretty basic. Can anyone explain why this is happening?

HI Michael, the file is not being deleted it is being archived. In the Log Rotation tab you can see to what folder it got moved.

We should probably add a note in the Hands On explaining this.

So if the behavior feels like a bug, then it probably is.

It makes more sense to require the end user to actively choose to enable archiving instead of having it on by default.

Also, I just noticed you can't turn archiving off. That seems wrong too.
