That VI is the Noise Measurements Express VI that shipped with the Sound and Vibration Toolkit 2016 and previous. That VI should still be executable and use the same configuration specified when the node was last configured.
If you are using LabVIEW 2017 or later, the Noise Measurements Express VI is no longer available in the Sound and Vibration palettes nor is it reconfigurable. However, you can right click on the blue Express VI and select 'Open Front Panel' to convert this Express VI to a standard subVI.
Your generated subVI should look similar to this snippet.
