Is there a configuration tool for Access point with FRC2014 DVD or the update, I cant seem to find it

just found it, for some reason it created shortcuts for Crio and Axis Camera configuration tools not for AP, had to find in the installation directory. It did this on both windows 7 and windows 8.1 OS computer on both 32bit & 64bit versions

Per http://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/3120/m/8559/l/91405-programming-your-radio-for-home-use you are supposed to run the radio configuration utility from the installation directory.
