Can't find 2012 FRC template's

I installed the new FRC 2011 labview today, after kick off and i cant find the templates. I Installed it once, failed with the windows sdk error -12 and windows copy 2 but ran as admin and it worked and installed everything. But under project's its just real time and the driver. Any help?

I download the update, and it tells me I need a password because the file is encrypted, any help?

If it is the code from kickoff, we wrote it down wrong.
