Can't get cRIO to recognize our Team number

When we try to connect with our IP address the computer shows us at

team 300 not team 3000 says to connect to or crio or ip address needs to be in 10.xx.yy.6 format however when i pnch in 10.30.00.6 it drops a zero making it 10.30.0.6 i cant connect to the crio therefore i cant re-image it, without being alble to reimage it i cant deploy my programming

Hi Sam929,

Are you directly connected to the cRIO? You should be able to talk to your cRIO even if your cRIO says 10.30.00.2 and your computer is 10.30.0.x. Are you able to ping the ip address of the cRIO?
